EduCare is a market-leading provider of high-quality, concise and easy-to-use safeguarding and duty of care e-learning services.
In 2017, EduCare implemented a new Learning Management System (LMS) to all its users. To support users in learning how to use the LMS, EduCare wanted 4 one minute animated videos to give users an overview to the following:
- How to add and manage users
- Key features of the systems for learners
- Using the reporting function of the system
The videos needed to be short, easy to follow and engaging.
Our Solution
After an exploratory meeting, we refined the script, created a set of visual storyboard and then designed and produced the 4 videos.
The videos included:
- Company branding and styling
- A professional voiceover recording guiding users through the video
- A walkthrough of key parts of the LMS
- Characters and other graphics to support the script story
- Background music
