This was my first venture into video, and not knowing what I really wanted, I initially thought of taking the video blogging (vlogging) course.
Understanding my requirements, and me as a person, Pam advised that a better option would be to have a bespoke, animated video made. This was definitely not a case of upselling, as the animated video was a cheaper option for me. This was especially thoughtful of Pam, as she is currently promoting the vlogging course.
Having decided to go ahead with the video, Pam listened carefully to my brief (especially my thoughts around background music) and followed it to the letter. The first version she sent was near perfect, and only one or two tweaks were needed for the final product. Not only that, I commissioned the video on a Friday, emailed her information she needed over the weekend, and she had it ready on Monday.
I have had nothing but compliments for the video, which really suits my business and my style as a business owner.
